Our Wildcats had a great opportunity to learn how to follow CATS on the bus! Students practiced how to Communicate with Respect, Act Responsibly, Take on Challenges, and Stay Safe while riding to and from school.

Our Wildcats are learning what it means to CATS in the cafeteria! Students are practicing our cafeteria expectations so everyone can enjoy a safe, respectful, and positive lunch experience.
Mrs. Lawler, our school counselor, along with a group of staff “actresses,” shared fun examples and non-examples to help students see what following our cafeteria expectations looks and sounds like. 🎭

We’re also encouraging our Wildcats to practice and learn their student lunch PIN numbers so they can confidently enter them at lunchtime! 🔢🐾

🎭 THE STAGE IS SET // Across the district, Wildcats are spending part of their summer singing, dancing, acting, and bringing the magic of musical theatre to life at Musical Theatre Camp, hosted by our friends at Mechanicsburg Area Recreation.
After weeks of hard work, teamwork, and rehearsal, these talented performers are ready to take the stage for Elf JR. 🎄 Join us at Mechanicsburg Middle School for a fun-filled show full of holiday cheer, big laughs, and plenty of festive spirit. Admission is FREE.

Our last full day of school was filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories! 🌟 From glow parties and camping days to beach-themed celebrations and classroom parties, our students wrapped up the year in the best way possible. ☀️🏕️🌊 What an amazing way to celebrate a fantastic school year together!

Today, students had the opportunity to visit the next grade level and meet teachers for the upcoming school year. Our 3rd grade students also enjoyed a special trip back to visit their 1st grade teachers! 💙📚
It was extra special to welcome Mrs. Snyder back to Shep for the morning to reconnect with students and staff. Mrs. Taccard also had the chance to meet with her class and spend time together before summer break! 🐾

🎉📚 We are proud to celebrate one of our 3rd grade classes for being named a Top 5 Finisher in the READBowl State Championship! 🎉📚
As one of the top five teams in the state, the "Sheptacular Stars" earned the honor of being recognized as State Champions!
To celebrate their incredible accomplishment and continued love of reading, students received certificates and books from Malcolm Mitchell. The attached photo shows our students proudly displaying their awards and new books.
